Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrackStemLab website and audio stem-separation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Aleksei Cheshkov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (registration number 145855232), with the principal place of business at Georgia, Kobuleti region, village Kveda Kvirike, 1st street, N 3, apartment N45 ("we", "us"). Contact: support@trackstemlab.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Your content and rights

You retain all ownership of the audio files you upload and the stems generated from them ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the audio you upload, and that processing it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You are solely responsible for how you use the resulting stems.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload content you do not have the right to process;
  • use the Service to infringe copyright or other rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Usage limits and minute balance

The Service provides a minute-based balance that is replenished daily up to a cap. Generation consumes minutes based on track length. We may change limits, grants, and caps over time. Minutes have no monetary value and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Availability and changes

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, and we may delete generated files after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that separation results will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts located in Georgia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
